The 2018 General Assembly session is in full swing! Fellow Delegates, myself, and constituents have a lot of ideas on how we can improve the lives of hard-working Virginians. I am fired up to serve and help us establish good policy for the Commonwealth!
- Counties, Cities, and Towns
- Science and Technology
We are looking forward to meaningful discussions in our committees and subcommittees to help us best solve problems
Additionally, I am proud to be sponsoring nine different bills. As I mentioned last week, these bills focus on helping our veterans, supporting our law enforcement, and trying to find common sense solutions for the people in our district who are struggling to overcome unnecessary regulatory burdens. If you want a full review of the bills I am sponsoring this session, you can view them here.
We had an exciting number of visitors throughout the week from multiple groups including the NAACP, TANF, The Technology Student Association, and many other constituents from the 56th District. We encourage all of you to stop by our office in the Pocahontas building at some point during session!
Lastly, I want to thank all of you who joined us for our public Swearing-In Ceremony yesterday at the Virginia State Capitol. I was blown away by the huge turnout. Tracy and I are humbled to have your love and support.
My team and I are working hard to make you proud. It is an honor to serve as Delegate for the 56th district.
